How To Enable Java on HTC Desire

HTC Desire is my first Android Phone, I am satisfied with it. My question is, how to enable Java in this phone? what's should I do?

search for Java/J2ME Runner on the market. I haven't tried it, but it looks like your only solution. But the obvious question is why would you want to run dumbphone games on your smartphone?
