How to enter the Droid Incredible 2 bootloader

It's easy. Power off. (Make sure fast boot is off in the application settings.) Hold volume-down and power.

To others, that appears to be a SHIP s-off test phone, don't get excited about root yet (our first thunderbolt was one too). Release phone will certainly be s-on, and with "Signed" bootloaders.
