How to: ES Task Manager

I'm a big fan of ES File Explorer. I just downloaded ES Task Manager, but can't find any info on how it functions. Anyone know of a simple write-up or can otherwise help?

This is truly a very nice application for Android users which contains number of features such as file manager, app manager, task killer, cloud storage, drop box and many more. A user can explore images, photos, music, video, documents and other files from your PC as well as from your mobile. The good thing is that the application supports more than 20 languages. Currently, I am using DropBox and Astro file manager application for my android mobile phone and I‘m not aware of the functions of this ES file Explorer and am pretty eager to hear on them.

Only downside i experienced is that when i removed the app my phone no longer accepted 4g. I didn't want to do a hard reset so i uploaded the app again. Other then that, app worked well.

...i used the app to extend battery life. On my lg i averaged 22 hours by turning off my 4g and only putting it back on when i needed it.
