How to extend ringtone on boost mobile service

You should be able to change the voicemail delay through your voicemail settings, but that depends on whether Boost made that option available.

Call voicemail and listen to the options. If you don't hear one for the "ring [or time] before switching to voicemail, listen for "more options" or something like that. Then listen to those. Usually it's not set by number of rings but by number of seconds. Figure 5 seconds per ring, then add 2 seconds because the rings you hear and the rings the caller hears may not be in sync.

If you still can't figure it out, call Boost customer service - it's probably 611.
