I'm having a problem that I think is related to special characters in filenames. I have a playlist with 3599 songs in it and when I sync it with my phone (EVO) all 3599 songs get transfered over, but when I view the playlist within the stock music app or within PowerAmp, they both report only 3597. This shortage is only in the playlist view. If I go to the "all songs" view, it shows 3599. The actual .m3u playlist on the phone also shows 3599 songs.
I've had this problem in the past and it always ended up being special characters. The thing was that in the past my playlists were much smaller and therefore much easier to find the offending song. Is there an easy way to find which songs have the special character? Maybe a way to search the playlist file?
