Those numbers don't look to bad.
If you have used 4% since you unplugged it, the numbers shown are a breakdown of that 4%! So the 50% the screen used is in fact half of the 4%, which equals 2%!
The screen is always the biggest battery guzzler, especially the white themes they insist on giving us at Google (grrrrr)!
Getting 21 hours of of a modern smartphone is not to bad with the minuscule batteries they shoehorn into the wafer thin devices...

You also need to let is settle. It is new, you are using it a lot, and it is probably updating, etc.

Wait a week or so and see how it goes.

Okay, I got this and a 6s just trying to see how it compares, the htc is unlocked straight from htc.

I get about 6 hours so good luck. When it was new I could make it through the day but now I recharge in the early afternoon.

OP, what level did you put the screen brightness at? Screen brightness makes a big difference to the battery drainage. The reason why saying this is because I have to say I don't think the 10 has great battery life either unless screen brightness is minimal. But my wife's note 5 has reasonable brightness and let's longer than my 10. HTC maybe need to move to AMOLED?
