How to flash a new nightly CM 13 ,over the CM 13 release?

Hi,
I would like to know,what should I do to flash a new nightly CM 13 over the CM 13 release?Is there a need of doing a factory reset,or I can do a dirty flash?
And is there a need of factory reset when flashing a new nightly over an older one?
Please help me!

Settings > About phone > CyanogenMod updates > Check for updates

Now you can check for and download and install the latest Nightly releases automatically, if available,. There is no FDR during in the auto install, just a cache partition wipe.

No wipe flash after downloading from here...

CyanogenMod Downloads for the G900F model.

Just do a cache partition wipe after flash.

You do not need to reflash the gapps package.
