Hello All !!!

Can anyone give me instructions on how to flash the baseband on a google nexus 4 ?

Download the appropriate radio from the xda link at [REF] [RADIO] Mako modem collection - xda-developers. If you have installed Clockworkmod or TWRP recovery, boot the phone into recovery install the radio from the zip file. Otherwise, extract the radio image from the file zip file and use fastboot to flash the radio image.

  1. Install Drivers and SDK
  2. Download baseband or factory images that contain baseband
  3. Copy baseband to platform tools folder and maybe rename it to radio to make things easier
  4. Open cmd in platform tools folder by shift + right click and selecting open command prompt here
  5. Connect device and check if its connected by typing fastboot devices
  6. Flash radio by typing fastboot flash radio (name of file).img
  7. Should flash the radio fine

Or as the post says from above you can just flash the baseband through a custom recovery
