How to flash stock Rom?

I want to flash my phone back to stock.. and my phone wouldn't connect to Kies.

What to do?

Stock Touchwiz. The way I got the phone out of the box.

No I did not save the image bro.

Can I not grab the Rom from Sammy support site or from my carrier Bell Mobility?

You can use odin to flash back to stock Rom, just head over to www.Sammobile.com n pick your country's Rom, the downside is u cannot use kies to update again but u can connect normally to kies..
