Heres the story, I was planing on giving my Gs5 away and get the new Note 4. The problem is, I want to unroot without doing a hard reset because I want all the contacts, apps, and pictures to be transferred to the Note 4. If I go to Att and they see my phone is rooted, will they still be able to back everything up on the Note 4 (Obviously not Root or Root apps)? Plus, yes I have SuperSU, but, I tripped Knox?

Why don't you just back up everything with Kies and then add it to your new phone?

I never back up contacts, I have them to sync with Gmail and they show up when I log onto my account, with any phone.

No, Kies is what you download to your computer from Samsung.com. Just google Samsung Kies download.

You can use Kies Air to back up the phone, not to update, but I use the regular Kies, phone plugged into the computer, when I backup my phone.
