I see people getting things called feature discounts and access discounts. How do you get them?

The biggest discounts are usually through your employer. I've had 12%, 20%, and now a 22% discount just by telling them who I work for. You either confirm your employment by bringing a couple of pay stubs to a store or sign via email with the online account. You usually get a 25% discount on accessories, too.
