How to get contacts from files copied by usb

Hello,
My Samsung Galaxy S3 mini has stopped working and doesn't turn on anymore.
Some days ago, I've copied all files on my computer by usb. I'm wondering if contacts are in one of these copied folders but I didn't find nothing usefull.
Are contacts inside these folders? If so, where?

Welcome to Android Central! If you saved the contacts to the local Phone account rather than your Google account, then they get stored in an SQLite database in a protected system directory that you can't access. This is why it's much better to save your contacts to your Google account. They get synced automatically to your Google Contacts in the cloud, where they're safe.
