I have a Samsung J5 (2016) with a totally dead (black) screen because it fell down on the floor.. Most important stuff like pictures were on the sd card but I have some important "memos" and sms that i would like to get back if possible..
I've tried everything but since my phone doesnt have usb debugging enabled and all the softwares found online to get stuff from your phone do not support my phone model.. I did buy a OTG adapter (OTG should be supported on the J5) but as I cant see anything on the screen, I cant enable usb debuggning or anything.
I can connect to my pc using the usb charger cable but then i cant click on the "allow pc to access files" (or something like that)..
I would be really happy if somebody knows how to get the memos. Thank you in advance.
