how to get lte band 3 on samsung galaxy s4 i9515 black edition

I9515 black edition does not support lte band 3? But phone is lte supported but other bands which are not available in my country so can I get lte band 3 on my phone ? Like I read people get on nexus and s4 but I dont how to do it so plz plzz plzz guide I really need some help plzz help me :/ me desperate to use lte but due to band **** I cant use it :/ give me some solution guys?

The 9515 has LTE on Band 3, according to the specs. Your carrier may not be using Band 3 for LTE.

Op, as mentioned by Rukbat (one post below yours) the device supports Band 3 but the issue seems to be with the carrier. Have you checked with the carrier to see if Band 3 is supported and if a fix is available if it is?
