how to get my keyboard back to default on my samsung galaxy 7

I hit a button my my messaging and now my keyboard is messed up, how do I set it back to default

Welcome to Android Central! Describe "messed up" in more detail. Is it smaller? Are the keys different symbols, or a different language?

The z and the y have traded places and the suggestions are foreign words. Help! I use swype.

Long press on the space bar.
Select “More languages”.
Select the one you want - English UK? English US?

("More languages" may be in whatever language the keyboard is in, so sit by a computer and use Google Translate if you have to [select "Detect language" on the left side] to figure out which one is to select the language.)

Somebody asked how you get the comma on the left side of your spacebar. Well, the box next to the spacebar, you press it and hold it and a box will come up with several characters including the comma, press the comma and it will appear in the box left of your spacebar.
