How to get out of Recovery loop

[AC Question]

I rooted by Galaxy Tab 3 lite with no errors. When I got back in to the system, it said the Supersu binary need to be updated. I selected the TWRP/CWM option to update it. I am now in a recovery loop. Every time I do a reboot, it comes back to the CWM recovery screen. I've wiped the cache, done a factory reset, wiped the Dalvich cache and nothing gets me out of this loop. Any help would be appreciated.
