MOST devices with an aux or headphone port do not also allow audio out through the USB port. That's the way the hardware is built, no software trick would get around that.

Please note I said "MOST". I suppose there may be a device or two out there that DO have that capability, but you don't say which device you have and I don't know for sure which ones might (if any).
