Android Central Question

Pushbullet is a program I use to enable me to send texts through the phone, but from the desktop keyboard (and receive on the desktop screen). When it prompts names for new messages, it is from a list confined to Vodafone 'official' numbers, such as 'call-back'. It does not show the entries that exist in the CONTACTS that show on the phone's home screen. I have tried Import/Export for Contacts - it lists 4 categories : Vodaphone, Gmail, Phone Contact and Phone Storage, each of which show as empty.
I have asked Pushbullet by webmail and client email, but I've received no reply.

Welcome to Android Central! Can you clarify -- are you talking about accessing the contacts on the computer?
