How to get regular CWM

Hey guys, I rooted my E4GT a few hours ago, such a great move, and I tried to install regular CWM5 to replace CWM-Rogue through the rom manager app, it didn't work, and I'm sort of a n00b with this so I wouldn't know any other way to flash a recovery. So can you guys throw me a bone? Thanks

Whatever you do, DO NOT USE ROM MANAGER TO FLASH with this phone. It doesn't work correctly and can brick your phone for good. If you're on gingerbread, you can flash a kernel with cwm through your current recovery. Here's the official el26 cwm kernel: http://db.tt/XXOHxbE7 Just put that on your phone and flash it in rogue recovery by turning your phone off and turning it on holding power and volume up. Use the install zip from either sd card or internal memory, wherever you placed the zip file.

If you happen to be on ics, tell me because that's a whole different story.

I like mobile Odin.
