How to GET RID OF home screens?

i have 7 home screens right now, and i use only 3...
i want to get rid of other 4, but i don't know where!!!!
it's not in display section in the option.... so where else???
really dont need 7 home screens...

I am a n00b with android, but I was in a similar situation and didn't need all of the stuff from the main "home" screen. I ran across an alternative launcher called zeam and it suits me much better. Again I am new to android, so this may not be what you are looking for.

You'll need to load an alternative launcher. Some of the popular ones are Launcher Pro, ADW Launcher and Go Launcher. Most have a free version and paid version with extra features. They all will give you total control on how many home screens you have. You'll also find that most of them will run far smoother than the stock launcher on the X2.

i ran across the same thing too. i put adw on mine and haven't had any issues (knock on wood).

go launcher EX is pretty sweet . very customizable,and smooth with customizable widgets. Very nice launcher. these guys are always updating as well.
