How to get rid of Icons in Status Bar?

So basically there are a bunch of icons on my status bar by the Wifi and Cellular Service icons. To the left of them actually. There's the location one, and another that's a simple "no access" icon (Circle with a line through it.) I have no idea what it means, and seeing both the Location and that no access symbol bother me. How would I get rid of them?
These are NOT notification icons, that's for sure.

From left to right
Location : some app is currently accessing location services
No Interruptions : basically volume off, just hit your volume button to change it

And if you see a star instead of the circle with the line through it, that means Priority Notifications only.
