This post is meant for the people that are wondering how to get rid of that annoying "uploads" folder made by the picasa app that doesn't seem to go away!
1. Go to settings-application manager
2. Slide over to the "all" tab and find the "Gallery" app.
3. Go and clear the data for Gallery (dont worry, you wont lose any pictures.)
4. Go back to settings, go down to google under "accounts" click the email account that your pictures are showing up under. 5. Click on picasa web albums. They shouldn't appear anymore!!
