When I use the power button on the back of my phone to turn on, I now see a screen which has shortcuts to certain apps. The screen displays the battery, date, time and then 4 of the common apps used - messenging, contacts, camera and Google. How do I get rid of this as I think this bypasses the security of using either a password or pattern to unlock your phone.

Welcome to Android Central! App shortcuts on a lockscreen shouldn't let anyone open those apps without first entering your password. If you tap one of those shortcuts on the lockscreen, does it prompt you for your password?

Hi, found the issue. It's one of the apps which has a notification button and somehow it prompt a notification screen. I removed the app and phone and security are fine now. Thank you!!
