how to get rid of "WIFI NETWORK AVAILABLE" notifcation on my unlocked S8?

[Android Central Question]

I have tried going the route that solves everyones problem which is to
settings>connections>wifi>advanced (Top right button)

but I do not have an option to disable public network notifications.

The only options I have are:
switch to mobile data
turn on wifi automatically
wifi power saving mode
manage networks
wifi control history
wps push button
wps pin entry
keep wifi on during sleep
install network certificates

i have clicked everything to check but still unable to find a fix

Please help. The notifications drive me crazy.

You'd probably have to root the phone to do that, install Xposed Framework, then install the NotifyClean ,odule, and tell it to not show that notification.
