How to get root back on S4 i9505 after MH8 update ?

Hi Folks, yup I lost root access after plugging into Kies. I wouldn't have minded so much if the update was of some value but it's not and it's only purpose is to ssip me off

Can someone please help me out and tell me how I get my root back. I just bought Titanium Backup too and of course it's telling me it ain't goona work with out root.
