How to get screen battery percentage down

Im having problems with my battery my screen is taking 76% of my battery when my screen brightness is all the way down?

How do i do a full cycle charge?

If your screen brightness is all the way down how can you see you screen? just curious. To cycle your battery you should let it die down until you device turns itself off and do this 2-3 times a month which i do and that will keep your battery cycled and also keep it conditioned.

Its not all the way down 15% maybe its been better today i guess its because its a new phone maybe? I went to the store today also they said its not good to charge your phone all night?
