How to get the MSL on the Galaxy S3

Does anybody know how to get the MSL for the U.S. Cellular Samsung Galaxy S3? I've tried all of the MSL readers on the market I can find. Also tried getprop.ril.MSL in terminal emulator.

Talking to USCC tech support it appears that the new Galaxy S3 phone on U.S. Cellular does not have an MSL. If you have one of these you may know that is uses a SIM card.

Apparently, the SIM card precludes the need for a MSL. Anybody know more than this?
