I was chilling on the samsung website looking at specs of all phone and went to my fascinate, when i randomly caught this picture

Different dock icons, blue tinted dock, and blue widget? I thought it looks pretty cool

To change the dock icons go into the apps screen and hit the little gear on the top left.. Then you can move icons in and out of the dock. The blue tinted dock and blue widget might just be from the blue wallpaper? But overall I'm sure it's a computer generated image that doesn't perfectly depict what's on the phone.

For the first one I had no idea, thanks. The second, possibly it just looks cool.

Yeah the blue tint is a result of the wallpaper. Both the dock and the widget are slightly transparent, so they take on the color of what's behind them. However, this also appears to be a result of poor photoshop skills. The images for the browser and email are not the same as what's on the Fascinate, that appears to be a screenshot from a version of TouchWiz on the Captivate.
