Whenever i am online i have to scroll all the way to the top of the page to change the website. Am i missing something? Because its really annoying.

I use dolphin browser and they have a button just for this. When your lower in the page and start scrolling up a little button appears at the bottom right that you can tap to fly to the top.

You can hold the capacitive menu button.

You can use this to either bring up the search bar (in context of the app eg in the play store, emails, maps etc) or to do a global search

Thanks! I knew there must have been a shortcut!

But now I have another question... lol Once I hold the menu key the address bar shows up... but how do you make it go away again? Because it looks like as long as I'm on that webpage... the address bar stays there until I load the next website.

You can enable the quick controls in the browser settings under labs. That enables you to press the edge of the screen to bring up different options. Go to tabs, etc.

Check out another browser, like dolphin or Chrome. Stock browsers usually always suck. I've been using Dolphin for a couple years now but once I get my S3 with ICS I'm switching to Chrome because I absolutely love the sync feature.

Thanks guys, i actually downloaded chrome before i got any replies, i was desperate. Now im trying to figure out how to set a homepage in chrome, anyone know how?

Isn't there an option in the phone settings that allows you to tap the top of the device twice to go to the top of any page?

Either press the capacitive back button or tap the screen on the webpage
