How to go back to the original factory image?

I'm using rooted nexus 4(the original ver. 4.3).
Actually I don't remember how I rooted it. Several errors occurred during it rooted(It didn't boot also at that time).
Anyway, I have a problem with battery issue after rooting(Android OS is always 30~40% usage).

So I want to know how to go back to the pure original 4.3.
