how to i prevent the bleep "connection" noise when placing a call on samsung s6?

When I place a phone call, I hear a bleep or a connect noise before the ring. I did not have that with that my S4. There has to be away to stop it with the S6

Welcome to the forums. Is there anything in phone>menu>settings that will stop it?
