How to increase S9 phone call volume.?

I can barely hear the other person speak on my new Samsung Galaxy S9 unless I use speakerphone. I could not find an adjustment for phone volume in the settings. Any ideas on what might help?

i have no issues on my at&t s9. maybe you don't have the in call volume turned up? the only way i found to do that is to be on a call.
