How to Increase Volume (disable inhibitor)

Without rooting my phone, is there a way to increase the volume (output)?

I connect the phone in my car via Bluetooth, listen to Pandora, Slacker, etc. and the volume is very low. All slides are cranked up, as is the volume button. Still low
