How to install a Custom Rom?

Hi, title says it all. I'm using a Samsung S9 and recently discovered custom ROMs. They capture my interest but I can't really find a good video or website that shows a detailed step by step tutorial on how to install one. I'd really appreciate it if somebody could provide a link or give me a thorough tutorial on how to install one (Preferably DotOS). Thanks.

You will need to include your device model, carrier, and rough location for people to assist you with your questions.

For example, snapdragon processor models cannot be routed and therefore cannot have custom ROMs.

Try checking on the XDA website for info about routing your device and ROMs, it is a useful site.

Thanks. Didn't realize it was that involved. So basically i can't get any custom Rom for the S9?
