How to install Google Play Services on Nokia 6 China version

I'm a Nokia user for 20 years. Now migrating from Lumia 925 to long waited Nokia 6 - the China version which has no Google Play Services installed.

I love the phone and Android 7.0 and I need Google Play Services.

I have try many ways (without root, of course) to install the Google Play Services but it "keep stopping ". I know Nokia 6 is Google Play supported device.

Nowadays many Chinese peoples travelling oversea and many no-Chinese people working in China. So hands phone has to be working internationally. Google Map is preferred internationally as a free navigator**Apps. Many country localize Apps, for example in Singapore, subway and bus timing and route Apps, is build on top of Google Play Services.*

An Android phone without the Google Play Services is a crippled phone.

There are more and more China local brand Android phone can install the Google Play Services easily (without root) and some manufacturers even distributing the Google Play APPs installation package.

Really easy to do no need to root you can also side load all apk's easy will update with links asap

Hi Mike,

Your link is to install Google Play Store and other Google Play APPs which can be installed as non-system APPs. It works provided the phone already has Google Play Service installed.

I can install the latest Google Play Service on Nokia 6, however it "keep stopping". I believe it need to be installed as the system / root APPS or need Nokia to preinstalled it.

I spot the Google Play on Nokia 6 International version demo video. I hope when Nokia start to ship the International version will provide an update to the China version to include the Google Play Services.

Good news! New July security patch included Google Play Services ! ! !

Bad news for me is after July security patch, my phone can't turn on ringer ! ! !


Update:

FYI.
I have to do factory reset to get back Ringer and reinstalled all APPs so to sync properly to my Google account.
