How to keep screen locked during active call?

I am experiencing dropped calls and I'm sure part of it it's because the screen won't stay locked during calls. When the calls drop, I'm seeing "RTT information isn't available for this call."

I guess that's real time text? I don't know what that is or what opinion on the call screen my face would be pressing for this option.

I've also accidentally hit the hold button. I'l be talking to someone and then I don't hear therm. I look at the call screen display and see that the hold option is enabled.

If you have RTT enable you can text while on call with that user without leaving phone app, can disable that in settings of phone app. As soon as u put phone to your ear it should dim the screen if not hit the power button while on call should also do that.

Mine does that too when I'm on a call. My face will hit a button somewhere and suddenly I'm in an RTT chat thing. The sensor that keep the display off during calls is touchy, it seems.
