You don't - Samsung Music isn't a place to store music, it's an app to play music - any music on the phone.

Create a folder on your SD card and name it Music (or use the obe in the phone's internal storage named Music. Put your music in there.

How? If the app you're using to download the music has a setting for where it downloads music, set it to that folder. If not, it probably downloads to the Download folder. Then use a file manager app to copy the music from there to the Music folder. Play the music by tapping the music files in the Music folder from the file manager. If they all copied correctly (in other words played correctly), delete the ones in the Download folder. (Yes, you can use Move, but if a move goes bad in the middle, you can lose both the original and the copy. If you use Copy, you lose only the copy, and you can copy the original again.)

Then restart the phone, so Media Scan can find the files, and Samsung Music will be able to find them. Downloading and copying don't rescan the phone. (If they did, every copy or download would take an additional minute or two.)
