I want all browser pages to close permanently when I close out of the browser app. I go to recent apps, close my browser out completely, yet when I open it fresh it still goes the the last web pages I visited. If I go the the home screen while browsing, I realize the browser is still open in the background and I want the pages to stay alive, but when I actually close the browser app, I want it to start with the home page next time.

How do I do this?

Next to the three dots for the menu in the browser is an icon that looks like folder tops.....hit that and close out all of the open windows or pages you have.

ICS is designed to save your browsing session - it will keep the page(s) in memory even if you reboot the phone. The above method is the only way unless you download a different browser

Lol understatement, it even saves instead of when you just want to minimize it.

To the op another browser may be your best bet. Opera does what you're looking for well.
