How To Make Calls From Lock Screen

I have an LG Stylo 2 V that I am using as a home phone. I want to be able to set a lock on the phone, but still be able to make simple phone calls without having to unlock it. This is because when no parent is around to unlock the phone, the kids can still call. Is this possible?

Welcome to Android Central. I don't believe so. AFAIK the only calls allowed from a locked phone are to 911.
