How to make hymn book app

Please tell me how to create hymn book app for our church

About the same as any reader app, just include the hymns as the data file.

(If you mean you want full instructions here, on how to develop an app, starting with no knowledge at all, no. It takes about 2 years to learn computer programming [which "creating an app" is], so we can't paste a 2 year college course here.)
