how to make mobile more efficiant??

It is very slow, i cant open anything; it is galaxy 7edge
is it a virus or what - and how to get rid of it (virus, if it is)

It is not that easy to get virus on a mobile phone. Does your galaxy have enough free space? You can restart your phone (so that you can do the following check if you literally cannot open anything now), then check storage usage on Settings> Storage, and see Total space/Available space. The problem might be caused by limited memory.

When did this start? Have you downloaded an app that could be causing it? Go to safe mode and see if it is still slow.
