How to make "testing" an icon

Is there a way to make the Testing option an icon. I am referring to when you type *#*#4636#*#*

Doesnt seem to work that way. It trys to dial it then I get a verizon message saying the calll could not be completed as dialed.

What is that code/sequence supposed to do anyway? Like whats the purpose of it?

Do you just want the "phone info" screen? If so, why not just download "lte onoff " app from the android market?

Sure. Just download the [Phone Info]

program from the Android Market.
