How to make use of SwiftKey effectively?

Please help. I use a free version but its best.
But having small troubles here n there

What troubles? I just use it - no troubles other than deciding which color scheme I prefer.

Totally agree with Rukbat, it's my "go to" Keyboard for sure, and nothing beats it's prediction!

Before upgrading to lollipop on note3 I had lot of data customized.its gone now again
