How to Multi-Quote?

I've been wondering what happened with this feature but l have forgot to ask about it, but since the change of the Forum's format and Layout the option to Multi-Quote is no longer there or at least not as easy as it was before where you just click on the quote icons of the multiple posts you wanted to quote and it created a multi-quote post.

In the past week I've been in a situation where I've needed this and because I can't find how to do it I've been forced to just create multiple posts quoting individually. So is there something I'm missing here or was this removed?

When you highlight text in a post you get an option to quote that text, select that and then move on to the next post you want to quote and do the same.

I thought we had a short video on this, let me see if I can find someone that made it...
