Question How to not have ads when watching videos?

So I have an Oppo F7 youth phone. The android version is 9 and the colorOS version is 6.0.1

Lately when I opened my gallery apps and watched some video, an ads will show up and I believe it's not like this before. Can someone help me?

Welcome to Android Central! Boot the phone into Safe Mode and see if the ads persist: https://safemodewiki.com/how-to-enable-safe-mode-on-oppo-f7-youth/. If they don't, then something you installed is carrying adware -- you may have to uninstall apps one by one until it goes away. If the ads do persist in Safe Mode, though, it's likely that Oppo themselves included adware in a presintalled or system app. This is not unusual for cheaper Chinese phones (and was actually also happening on some Moto phones in the past).
