How to pair bluetooth with ICS?

Pulled out my bluetooth headphone for the first time since ics and they didn't connect. I go into settings to connect them and could not find any place to do it. Am I overlooking something?

I can't find it. I can turn on Bluetooth in settings but I can't find where to pair. Help! Thanks.
