How to power on my Samsung galaxy grand duos?

Android Central Question

When i power it on. I saw alogi with the red mark in right side above.And it not turn on.when I long press the powern button again i get in 7s onkey press.

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, but what do you mean by "alogi with the red mark in right side above"? Are you talking about the LED notification light? Have you already tried a new or different battery?
