How To Prioritize/Assign Bluetooth Connections

Is there a way to prioritize Bluetooth connections, or to assign a connection for a certain task. My wife has the s7. Her jeep commander has hands free Bluetooth calling, which has always worked well with her s7. We recently for gear s2 classic 3g watches which stay connected to our phones. Now, when she gets a phone call all in her jeep, her phone does not know which Bluetooth connection to use. She would like to use her hands free in the jeep. Even when she hits the button on her rear view mirror to answer a call via hands free, it does not work.

I forgot to mention that even when she accepts a call via her watch, it will use her phone instead. Just like when she answers using the hands free button in the jeep
