Android Central Question

I Developed Quotzy ,One stop application for quotes,Text editor,Wallpapers, fonts.
Only 70 people downloaded it. most of them gave 5 start which proves my app is good. but how should I take it to more users.

I moved this to the Developers Lounge, for more specific traffic.

I think it depends on what your app is about. If there is any forum about the subject related to the app, you could post there (if it's not against the rules of the forum). You can buy some ads at Google and/or Facebook... But, generally, from my experience promoting a good app is more difficult than writing one. :)

There is a sort of concept of "critical mass": your new installs will slowly grow and (if the app is good) it will gradually become more visible until so many people have downloaded it that the growing rate becomes bigger. Having few but good reviews is better than having more but not so good I believe so work on you quality and don't worry about quantity if you just released it. Don't be discouraged, your apps' "success" will also depend on trends. Cheers!

My app is over 2 years old. Average rating: 4.7. I posted info about the app on some running forums, created a Facebook page to have contact with users, created a web pace with most importain information about the app. User base quite grows steadily, but the growth is not very spectacular. If your intention is to have tens of thousands of users from the start, I think you should consider investing in marketing campaign on Facebook, via Google etc. But the question is will this investment return or not - maybe if you reach this "critical mass" which was mentioned earlier and the app is indeed good, the answer will be positive.
