How to reach files of sd card

I have chacha how can i reach the sd card files !!!

Have you tried with File Explorer? If you can't see them, then they're hidden. There is a selection in the Explorer to show hidden files. Try that. If that doesn't work you're only option may be to root.

You should have an app in your app drawer called "Files". If not you can download one from the Play Store.
